Really interesting way of evaluating and thinking about visualizations. quick question: Do you think that 'Useful' visualizations also tend to be 'Surprising' visualizations?

another quick note: Nagaland, Assam and Meghalaya are states, and not cities. In the image, it reads, "Cities with least circulation" or "Cities with most circulation". I think you meant to say "States with ..."? If not, i am curious what those labels mean here.
